At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an elegant, attentive, and passionate Chef de Rang, who will deliver exceptional, personalized service to our guests in an ultra-luxury setting. 

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Oversee a specific station in the restaurant, ensuring flawless table service and an unforgettable dining experience. 

• Present food and beverage offerings with deep product knowledge, storytelling, and tailored recommendations. 

• Coordinate service timing with the kitchen brigade and Commis de Rang to maintain smooth service flow. 

• Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions, handling special requests with discretion and warmth. 

• Ensure station setup, side-stand organization, and compliance with Belmond's service standards. 

• Support the training and development of junior service staff (Commis de Rang). 

What You Bring 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Rang in fine-dining restaurants or 5-star luxury hotels. 

• Solid knowledge of food, wine pairing, and beverage service etiquette. 

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills. 

• High emotional intelligence, elegance, and dynamic guest-facing attitude. 

• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is considered a strong plus.
