When service is fast, standards are high, and volume is demanding, great chefs step up.

We're looking for aChef de Partie with a strong background inlarge-scale hotel, resort, banqueting, or high-volume kitchen operations to join the culinary team at one of Dubai's most iconic resort destinations.

Asian candidates with proven experience in large-volume hospitality operations are preferred.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of your section and deliver consistent quality with every service

Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in the day-to-day kitchen operation

Ensure every dish meets JA's standards for quality, presentation, and taste

Supervise, guide, and support junior kitchen associates

Assist with food production, stock rotation, and cost control

Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

Step in and support kitchen leadership whenever required

What You'll Bring

Culinary Diploma or Certificate

HACCP PIC Level 2 and Basic Food Hygiene Certification

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar hotel environment

Strong background in large-scale hotels, resorts, banqueting, central production, or high-volume kitchen operations

Asian candidates with experience in high-volume hospitality environments are preferred

Good English communication skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach
