Chara Christian Dance Academy is looking to hire Part-Time customer care team representative to work with students and families in South Houston’s largest dance, music and theater studio. The mission of this position is deliver quality, high value customer service that impacts students of all ages and their families through the performing arts. Results will be measured by the meeting of student retention and enjoyment.

You will work directly with our Director of Communications and Customer Service to cultivate a customer service program that lasts our students and their families a lifetime!

You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, responsible, enjoy working in a face-paced environment, love kids and adults, and want to GROW.

You will be working with our owner, Director of Communications and Customer Service, and faculty so an easy to work with personality is a must as well as the desire to be a team player within a top class team.

Qualifications:

Completed or pursuing a degree preferred

Prior customer service experience

Bilingual preferred

• Mature, wise, and poised.
• Fast, efficient and proficient work.
• Positive interaction with children and adults.

Responsibilities include:

Daily phone calls

Daily account follow up

Retail Transactions

Enrolling Clients

Customer Service

Light Cleaning

Following Processes and Procedures

Attend Occasional Community Events

Receiving, Organizing, and Distributing Items

Must have the ability to work at both our Friendswood and our Pearland location. 

Must be available to work these days and times:

Monday 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Tuesday 8:30am to 2:00pm

Thursday 4:45pm to 7:45pm

Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution.
