본 포지션은 HRSG(배열회수보일러) 제작 공정의 전반을 관리하는 전문가를 모집합니다. 생산 계획 수립부터 현장 공정 최적화, 협력사 관리 및 원가 정산까지 생산 운영의 핵심 업무를 주도하며, 안정적이고 효율적인 제품 생산 체계를 구축하는 역할을 수행합니다.

5.    주요 업무
•    생산 계획 수립 및 실행 관리:
o    프로젝트 마일스톤에 따른 생산 일정 수립 및 주/월간 생산 계획 관리
o    공정별 리드타임 관리 및 납기 준수를 위한 공정 병목 구간 해결
•    유관 부서 및 협력사 조율:
o    설계, 구매, 품질 등 사내 유관 부서와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 생산 이슈 해결
o    사내외 협력사(제작/설치 등) 생산 일정 조율
•    원가 관리 및 기성 관리:
o    프로젝트별 공정 진행률에 따른 협력사 기성 검토 
o    원가 절감 아이템 발굴 및 생산 효율성 분석을 통한 제조 원가 정산 관리
•    공정 최적화 및 KPI 관리:
o    생산성 지표(KPI) 관리 및 목표 달성을 위한 현장 개선 활동(개선 제안, 공정 단순화 등) 수행
o    생산 프로세스 상의 이슈 분석 및 작업 표준화를 통한 품질/안전 향상 도모

6.    자격 요건
•    학력사항: 기계공학, 금속공학, 산업공학 등 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상
•    경력사항: HRSG 또는 플랜트/기자재 제작 업계 생산관리 또는 공정관리 3년 이상 경력
•    핵심역량:
o    대형 기계 구조물 제작 공정 및 프로젝트 관리(PM) 이해도
o    생산 일정 관리 툴(MS Project, Primavera 등) 및 ERP 시스템 활용 능력
o    협력사 및 내외부 이해관계자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 조율 능력
o    데이터 분석(Excel/Power BI 등)을 통한 생산성 리포트 작성 능력
•    우대사항:
o    기계기사, 용접기사, 산업안전기사, 품질경영기사 등 관련 자격증 보유자

Job Description (English)

1. Job Title HRSG Production Process Control Engineer

2. Department Production Team

3. Location GE Power Systems Korea (Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do)

4. Job Summary We are seeking an expert to manage the overall manufacturing process of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). This role will lead core production operations—ranging from production planning and field process optimization to subcontractor management and cost settlement—to establish a stable and efficient product manufacturing system.

5. Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution:
Establish production schedules based on project milestones and manage weekly/monthly production plans.
Manage process lead times and resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional & Subcontractor Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Quality) to resolve production issues.
Coordinate production schedules with internal and external partners (manufacturing/installation).
Cost Management & Progress Billing:
Review subcontractor progress billing based on project completion rates.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage manufacturing cost settlements through production efficiency analysis.
Process Optimization & KPI Management:
Manage productivity KPIs and perform on-site improvement activities (e.g., process simplification, improvement proposals).
Analyze production issues and promote quality/safety improvements through work standardization.

6. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in production or process control within the HRSG, plant, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
Core Competencies:
Understanding of large-scale mechanical structure fabrication processes and Project Management (PM).
Proficiency in production scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and ERP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to create productivity reports through data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Holders of relevant professional certifications (General Mechanical Engineer, Welding Engineer, Industrial Safety Engineer, Quality Management Engineer).
