Review and validate change requests for completeness, quality, and compliance.
• Assess risks (business, operational, technical) and ensure robust impact and resource planning.
• Ensure rollback/backout readiness for all changes.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and drive decisions for high-risk/major changes.
• Ensure approvals align with business, technical, and risk criteria.
