Role: Change Manager
  • Duration: Long-term
  • Support Level: Full-time
  • Location: Remote (open to EST and PST hours)
  • Skills:
    • ServiceNow experience. Preferably implementation experience (OCM or other), but we could consider non-implementation working experience.
    • OCM experience – preferable Enterprise Application Adoption experience
    • Project Management experience driving projects (not tracking status).
    • Strong MS365 experience, including AI (Copilot and others).
    • Strong Excel data visualization skills – Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot tables, charts, and Boolean logic to parse data. Need to be familiar enough to use these, or to write an appropriate query to build the function in a Copilot/MyGPT application.
