Description
Seeking an organized and experienced professional to manage change management activities in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves overseeing change management related to new regulations and business-as-usual activities in the financial sector, with a focus on regulatory reporting and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regulatory reporting projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead impact assessments, gap analyses, and implementation plans for upcoming regulations.
Implement change management strategies, focusing on communication and stakeholder engagement.
Guide project teams and collaborate across business functions to execute necessary changes.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal delays.
Qualifications
8-10 years of financial services experience, with management consulting experience a plus.
Knowledge of capital markets products and non-financial regulatory reporting regulations.
Proven experience in project implementation and operational process improvements.
Experience leading initiatives across business management, compliance, and technology areas.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships.
