What You'll Do:

🟣 Coordinate full estimating service efforts across all CSI divisions for large, complex work within Lump Sum, Design Build, and Construction Management formats
🟣 Review proposal specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and develop scope requirements for heavy industrial trades (boilermaker, steel, concrete, piping, electrical)
🟣 Prepare cost estimates and bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for management's bidding process
🟣 Manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
🟣 Identify competitive edge strategies and communicate contractual requirements — risk, schedule, insurance, bonding, and penalties — through to project award

Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of estimating, preconstruction, or related general construction management experience
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent training/experience with HS diploma)
✅ Proficiency in computer estimating applications (Excel, estimating software)
✅ Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera
✅ Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
