Job Description
Support Power Delivery technology and process transformations through change management, training, documentation, readiness, deployment, and user adoption. We are seeking a change management professional with experience in organizational change management (OCM), Salesforce, and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Validate current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and business requirements.
- Develop and deliver role-based training, including instructor-led sessions, simulations, eLearning, job aids, videos, and procedure manuals.
- Support Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.
- Develop, test, and improve AI assistants and agents using prompt engineering and knowledge grounding techniques.
- Manage knowledge content using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot programs, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing adoption.
- Track training effectiveness, readiness, and user adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), IT teams, and field stakeholders.
- Independently manage deliverables and priorities across multiple workstreams.
Experience:
- Experience in change management, organizational change management (OCM), and training delivery.
- Strong Salesforce administration, implementation, testing, and training experience.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI assistants/agents, Microsoft Copilot, and prompt design.
- Expertise in process mapping, change impact assessments, and workflow validation.
- Experience designing training materials, job aids, communications, and facilitating training sessions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption measurement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for knowledge management.
- Experience supporting Agile or project-based delivery environments.
Skillset:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Power Delivery, utilities, or field operations.
- Salesforce certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
- Experience with AI-assisted process improvement and knowledge management.
