Introduction

This role involves working on a S/4 HANA transformation project with the City of Ottawa. The consultant will be responsible for driving organizational transformation by ensuring employees embrace and adopt new technologies, processes, or cultural shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner Program Management Certification
• SAP Adoption & Change Management
• Stakeholder & User Adoption Management
• Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Executive & Stakeholder Management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive organizational transformation by ensuring employees embrace and adopt new technologies, processes, or cultural shifts.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Facilitate change management strategies and plans to support the project objectives.
