Role 1: Change Manager – Digital Transformation Experience: 7–12 years Location: Bengaluru (preferred) Travel: Regular travel to client location in North Bengaluru Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The individual will work closely with client leadership, including the CIO organization, to drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness across multiple transformation initiatives. Key Requirements 7–12 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Organizational Change Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders Experience in change impact assessment, communication planning, training, and adoption tracking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams Based in Bengaluru and available to join at short notice/immediately preferred Preferred Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or FMCG sectors Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.) is an advantage
