Good to have IAM background
Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet
Good to have knowledge on Automation using Ansible
Good to have knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies
Customer Management skills
Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix
Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Review, assess, and authorize Standard, Normal, and Emergency Change Requests.
Conduct risk, impact, and business assessments for proposed changes to ensure service stability.
Ensure all changes are supported by appropriate testing, implementation, communication, and rollback plans.
Identify, manage, and resolve change conflicts, scheduling issues, and resource dependencies.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, Cyber Security, Network, and Business teams to ensure successful change implementation.
Monitor high-risk and business-critical changes during implementation windows.
Lead Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for failed, backed-out, or major changes and drive corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
Track, analyze, and report Change Management KPIs and metrics including Change Success Rate, Failed Changes, Emergency Changes, and Backout Rate.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, governance, automation, and service reliability.
Act as the primary escalation point for change-related risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns.
Support Release Management and Project teams in planning and executing large-scale organizational and technology changes.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit evidence for all change activities.
Promote a culture of risk awareness, operational excellence, and process compliance across the organization.
