The Opportunity:
Cook 3, In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about culinary excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook 3, you will support our In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar operations by preparing cold menu items, assisting with overall kitchen organization, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This entry-level culinary role offers opportunities for cross-training and development across multiple kitchen outlets, including exposure to hot line cooking and advanced food preparation techniques.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare cold food items and assist with daily food preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Support kitchen operations through proper preparation and organization of ingredients and supplies
- Assist with hot station responsibilities, including cooking proteins and preparing warm menu items
- Follow recipes, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
- Work collaboratively with culinary team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Adapt to changing business demands in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of culinary experience
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple culinary outlets
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality
- Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Flexible availability is required, as this role will support morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
