1. AI‐Assisted Integrated Delivery Execution – Create and maintain integrated delivery plans using AI assistance for schedule optimization, dependency detection, and risk flagging.2. Automated RACI & Action Tracking – Use workflow automation and AI agents to track actions, owners, due dates, and auto‐escalate slippages.3. Cross‐Team Status Intelligence – Generate AI‐assisted cross‐team status reports with variance analysis and early‐warning indicators.4. Post‐Delivery Insights Capture – Use AI summarization to document post‐delivery reviews, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities. | • 8- 10 YEARS Experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles, viz., Major Incident manager, Problem manager, Change manager, Service Level manager & Asset and Configuration manager. • Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills • Good Knowledge of ITSM Tools; ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, etc. • Capability to deliver ITIL Process Trainings on ITIL Processes • Reasonable technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa |
