Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Accurately document care and services provided.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- CurrentCalifornia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Dependable, professional, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous skilled nursing experience prefer
