San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-orientedCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute and skilled nursing environment.

Available Part-Time Shifts

• AM Shift – Weekdays
• PM Shift – Weekends
• NOC Shift – Weekdays & Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
• Assist with meal service and tray distribution as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and activeCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
