Nesco Resource is currently hiring dependable and detail-orientedCertificate Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position involves preparing, inspecting, organizing, and packaging certificates and printed materials while maintaining high quality and production standards.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, sort, organize, and assemble certificates and printed materials according to production orders.

• Inspect certificates for printing errors, incorrect information, damage, or other quality defects.

• Verify names, dates, and other printed information for accuracy.

• Count, stack, and organize certificates according to customer orders.

• Package completed certificates and materials for shipment or the next stage of production.

• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure orders are completed correctly.

• Maintain accurate counts and assist with tracking completed production orders.

• Operate basic production equipment as needed.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Identify and report printing errors, damaged materials, or order discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist in other production departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or quality inspection experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production orders.

• Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to work overtime as required.
