SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Very important digital content marketing agency is looking for an experiencedSEO & Google Ads Specialist to develop and implement strategies that improve search rankings, website visibility, and ad performance. This role involves managingSEO, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns while optimizing for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implementSEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
• Conductkeyword research, on-page & off-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Plan, set up, and manageGoogle Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns for various clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and report oncampaign performance with actionable insights.
• PerformA/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns withbusiness goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience inSEO, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise inGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience withkeyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) andSEO best practices.
• Ability to managead budgets efficiently and optimize performance.
• Understanding ofCRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) andUX best practices.
• Fluent in English and German (written & spoken).
