- Experience administering security within Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium environments. Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance principles.
- Experience managing user accounts, security roles, templates, positions, and organizational security structures within an electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and lifecycle management processes.
- Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application access and security-related issues.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation projects.
Preferred skills and attributes for this role, including expected years of experience where applicable.
- Experience in project management. Senior level skill set with 3-5 years working with Oracle Cerner EMR. 1-2 years' experience supporting Identity and Access Management.
- Strong customer service background, ability to troubleshot user access issues.
- Configure Cerner security domains, positions, roles, code values, and access templates.
- Support implementation of new Cerner modules and integrated applications.
- Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation of security impacts before production deployment.
- Manage role-based access controls (RBAC), security templates, and security groups. Ensure users have appropriate access based on job responsibilities and the principle of least privilege.
