Chevron is hiring MBA Finance Interns for roles at various operating locations across the U.S, including: 

• Houston, TX 

The FCMP Summer Internship is a key entry point to our two-year rotational program. Interns complete one assignment over 10–12 weeks at Chevron’s corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. Throughout the summer, internsparticipate in training, social events, and networking with FCMP members, alumni, and senior Chevron leaders.  

What’s Next After the Internship 

Top‑performing interns may be invited back—or offered afull‑time role after graduation. 

Newgrads who join Chevron fulltime enter the Horizons Program, a structuredearly‑career experience that includes: 

• Formal training +on‑the‑job learning 

• Mentorship from experienced professionals 

• Multiple job assignments andpossible location rotations

What Sets You Apart  

The followingare preferred qualifications: 

• 3+ years pre-MBA work experience  

• Pursuing an MBA  

• Outstanding leadership potential, communication skills, and maturity  

• Passion for the energy industry  

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen  

• Solid grasp of finance/accounting principles  

• Flexibility and desire to explore a variety of businesses  

• Permanent U.S. work authorizationrequired (no exceptions)   

Important Notes for MBA Candidates

• If you receive and accept an FCMP Summer Internship offer: during your internship, you must not engage in any other employment, consulting or other activity that would conflict with Chevron’s interests. In accepting our offer, you confirm that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for Chevron.
• Completing an FCMP Summer Internship does not guarantee an individual will receive a full-time offer from Chevron. For individuals who receive and accept a full-time FCMP offer: the full-time start date will be in July 2027.

Compensation & Benefits 

Theanticipated monthly (hourly) range for this position is $9500/month – $11500/month. The selected candidate’s monthly or hourly compensation will bedetermined based on theirselected role, degreelevel and academic year. 

As an intern, you will receive the following benefits:

• Participation inEmployeeSavings Investment Planwith immediate vestingin both employee and company contributions. 

• Chevron matching contributions: 

• 4% company match for a 1% employee contribution. 

• 8% company match for a 2% employee contribution. 

• Work schedules: 

• Flexible work schedules (5/40, 9/80, or 4/10), asdetermined by the work group and confirmed with the hiring manager. 

• Paid holidaysdependingon your work schedule. 

• Full year of service credit for each internship completion (must be re-employed within 365 days)
