Join a dedicated regional dry van operation based inOlive Branch, MS, with routes across North and Central Mississippi and select West Tennessee markets. Earn competitive weekly pay with mileage-based compensation, unload pay, and potential safety incentives. This position includesfull hand unloading, night driving, and weekly home time.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,700
• $0.50 per mile on all miles
• $200 unload pay
• $25 stop pay
• $40 for loads under 100 miles
• $50 for backhauls, plus mileage
• $100 weekly availability bonus for eligible drivers who remain available 5 days per week with no service failures or accidents
• Safety bonus for eligible drivers
• Weekly home time
• Day and night shifts available
• Some weekend and holiday work may be required

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees considered
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must be able to perform full hand unloading
• Comfortable with night driving and backing in tight spaces
• Must be able to meet delivery schedules and safety requirements
