Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,500+
• Mileage Pay: $0.56–$0.62 CPM, based on experience
• Additional Pay:
  • $20 per stop
  • $37 per unload
  • $20 per backhaul
  • $25 per pallet restack
  • Recovery mileage pay
• Trainee ride-along: 1–2 days at $100 per day
• Trainer pay: Additional $50 per day on top of route pay
• Home daily
• Two days off per week; weekends off are not guaranteed
• Start times around11 AM–noon
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Details

• Dedicated local grocery freight
• Dry van and refrigerated loads
• Approximately1,000–1,500 miles per week
• Typically 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops per day
• 70% drop-and-hook freight; 30% driver unload
• Unload freight using an electric pallet jack
• Routes primarily in Ohio, with runs in Indiana and Kentucky
• Slip-seat day-cab equipment

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must live within theMonroe, OH 45044 hiring area
• Must be able to unload freight using an electric pallet jack
• Must be available for the account’s required evening, weekend, and holiday schedule
