Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,500+
• Mileage Pay Based on Experience:
  • 0 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 6 months: $0.57 CPM
  • 1 year: $0.58 CPM
  • 2 years: $0.59 CPM
  • 3 years: $0.60 CPM
  • 4 years: $0.61 CPM
  • 5+ years: $0.62 CPM
• $20 per stop
• $37 per unload
• $20 per backhaul
• $25 per pallet restack
• Recovery mileage pay
• Trainee ride-along: $100 per day for 1–2 days
• Trainer pay: Additional $50 per day on top of route pay

Job Details

• Dedicated local grocery delivery account
• Starting area: Monroe, OH 45044
• Delivery territory includes Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, primarily Ohio
• Dry van and reefer freight
• Approximately1,000–1,500 miles per week
• Average of3–5 loads and 5–7 stops per day
• Approximately 70% drop-and-hook and 30% driver-unload freight
• Driver unloads using an electric pallet jack and may move between locations
• Slip-seat day cabs

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Two days off per week; weekend days off are not guaranteed
• Start times around11:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and the preceding week as required by the account

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must live within theMonroe, OH 45044 hiring area
• Must be flexible with dry van and reefer freight
• Must be able and willing to unload freight using an electric pallet jack
