Earn an average of$1,450 per week with a$2,500 sign-on bonus on a dedicated local grocery account in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Enjoy daily home time while hauling freight throughout Virginia and West Virginia, with additional pay for stops and trailer unloads.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
• Top Performer Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+
• Mileage Pay: $0.53–$0.58 CPM, based on experience
• Unload Pay: $55 per full trailer
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop, including the first
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in stages through day 180
• Home daily
• Primarily overnight schedules
• Must work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Holiday weeks, including the preceding week, are mandatory

Experience-Based Mileage Pay: 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM; 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM; 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM; 61+ months: $0.58 CPM.

Job Details

• Dedicated grocery freight
• Deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia
• Backhaul loads from West Virginia returning to Indianapolis
• Approximately4 loads and 2,000 miles per week
• Average length of haul: approximately 490 miles
• Unload freight using a powered pallet jack; training provided
• Slip-seat tractors
• On-site support available 24/7

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center
• Ability to unload freight using a powered pallet jack
• Availability for night, weekend, holiday, and required holiday-week schedules

Sign-On Bonus Payout: $500 on the first load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, $250 at 90 days, $250 at 120 days, $250 at 150 days, and $500 at 180 days. Drivers must be active company drivers at each payout milestone.
