You know your way around a deal, a CRM, and a showroom full of possibilities. We’re looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a proven record of reaching goals, building strong teams, and delivering a great customer experience. You should be confident coaching salespeople, desking deals, appraising trades, managing inventory, and turning leads into appointments and sales. CDJR experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of manufacturer incentives, dealership systems, and sales performance metrics. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and a valid driver’s license are essential.
