Logistics coordinator

Job Description:

• Approve customer orders and route them to the relevant warehouse based on item availability.
• Adjust item inventory between the two finished-goods warehouses.
• Prioritize and expedite items with low inventory or shortages to reduce missing-item cases and meet OTD targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the logistics warehouse regarding new orders, complaints, priorities, and product-file updates.
• Meet OTD KPI and product-availability targets.
• Work in accordance with QA and RA requirements.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Run inventory counts.
• MDM – Master data management, maintain SAP data.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in planning or logistics roles.
• Previous experience in a medical or pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
• Experience with Priority/SAP ERP is an advantage.
• Academic degree in Industrial Management.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to distinguish priority levels.
• Data analysis.
