Position Summary:
As aGECX AI Development Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy contact center AI solutions for Google Cloud's Customer Experience (CX) portfolio. The role focuses on developing AI-powered customer engagement solutions and integrating them with leading CCaaS platforms such asFive9 andGenesys Cloud CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalableCCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) andIVA (Intelligent Virtual Agent) solutions.
- Develop conversational AI solutions including:
- IVR Design
- NLU/NLP Modeling
- Intent Recognition
- Conversation Flow Orchestration
- Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech integrations
- Design, build, and maintain integrations betweenGoogle CCAI/GECX,Five9, andGenesys Cloud CX.
- Develop routing strategies, hand-off mechanisms, and API integrations between AI agents and contact center platforms.
- Build end-to-end AI solutions supporting:
- Voice
- Chat
- Social Channels
- Virtual Agents/Bots
- Analytics
- Create integrations with CRM, ERP, and third-party systems using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and modern integration frameworks.
- Develop and deployAgentic AI andGenAI use cases for contact center modernization.
- Build multi-agent systems using:
- Dialogflow CX
- Vertex AI Search
- CX Agent Studio
- Google ADK
- Agent Engine
- ImplementRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases.
- Develop API-based tools enabling AI agents to interact with business applications in real time.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Genesys Cloud CX
- Google CCAI / GECX
- Dialogflow CX
- Vertex AI
