CC&V CRRT Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

The CC&V Sales Representative at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, and clinics, mainly ICU.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.

Educational Trainings

• Provide ongoing support and clinical education to customers regarding product usage and benefits.
• Support clinical information and arrange fundamental CRRT Trainings to new ICU Staffs
• Train Trouble shooting cases for users to handle issues well while operating CRRT equipment in hospitals

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device related industry.
• Equipment and disposable sales experience preferred
• Region residents preferred
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea and Region(Chung-cheong and Jeolla region)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with dialysis products and services.
• More than 3 years of proven sales experience in general & university hospitals in region
• Fluency in both Korean and English.
