Catering Assistants

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation.
• Set up buffet stations, serving areas, tables, and equipment.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Refill food trays, beverages, and supplies during events.
• Load, transport, and unload catering equipment and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving areas, and dining spaces.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and catering equipment as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
