POSITION SUMMARY
The Category Manager, Licensing manages day-to-day relationships with licensed partners, coordinating retail, marketing, financial, and product requests to drive category growth and brand alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as point of contact for licensees; support retail planning, presentations, and category insights.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for key collection launches with Brand, PR, Social, and Marketing teams.
• Draft and track contracts, customs, and shipping letters; stay current on retailer landscape and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Understanding of category positioning, retailer distribution, and business development; strong presentation skills.
• Operates with urgency in fast-paced environments; excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
