In 2025 alone, we facilitated 10,000+ experiences engaging over 500,000 employees worldwide. With consistent 100% YoY growth and profitability since April 2024, Goodera is backed by leading investors including Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, Omidyar Network, Zoom Ventures, xto10x, and Ursula Burns.
Goodera enables end-to-end employee engagement programs, with a core focus on corporate volunteering. We help organizations design and deliver meaningful experiences that drive both employee engagement and social impact.
What we do:
End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes
As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.Â
Role Overview
You will build and own Goodera's volunteering formats and offerings. You will define what each format is and who it is for, shape the volunteer and champion experience, and lead decisions on materials and packaging. You will also own how each format is positioned and sold, improve it continuously with the Execution and CSM teams, and own its P&L. This is a founder-style role. You will take some offerings from concept to launch and scale others into a repeatable product line, working closely with Experience Design, Logistics, Product, and GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Definition & Blockbuster Activities
Write the offering definition for each format: why it exists, USP, and who it's for
Identify which client segments, personas, and use cases each format wins (e.g. frontline and shift-based workforces, distributed offices, Day of Service)
Select and prioritise blockbuster activities with the Activity and Experience Designers
Size the opportunity and track competitors and substitutes
Volunteer & Champion Experience
Partner with Experience Design on the volunteer and champion journey including: instructions, in-event impact storytelling, and champion guides
Define host and champion training needsÂ
Make sure every format feels intuitive and delightful with/without a facilitator in the room
Form Factor, Materials & Packaging
Lead form factor, materials, and packaging decisions with vendors and Logistics
Balance unit cost, shipping constraints, sustainability, and the unboxing experience
Set the quality bar for materials and sign off production samples
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Own positioning and messaging for each format with the Content Strategist
Brief the Content Strategist and Visual Designer on the microsite, landing page, and pitch deck for each launch
Partner with Sales and Account Management to build a pipeline for each format within 60 days of launch
Feedback & Continuous Iteration
Work with the Execution and CSM teams to gather feedback from events, champions, volunteers, and clients
Spot recurring issues in delivery, materials, or instructions, and turn them into fixes with clear owners
Run a regular iteration cycle for each formatÂ
Category Ownership & P&L
Own revenue, cost per volunteer, and repeat purchase rate for offerings
Define pricing tiers, bundles, and volume discounts; run a monthly margin review and decide whether to standardise, reprice, or retire each SKU
About you
4-8 years in category management, product management, or a founder / early-team role in CPG, D2C, gifting, kits, or physical-product businesses
Has taken a physical product from concept to market, including vendors, packaging, and costing
Comfortable owning a P&L and making pricing and margin calls with incomplete data
Hands-on: will sit with a vendor on a sample one day and with a sales lead on a pitch the next
Strong product sense for what makes a self-led experience intuitive and delightful
Bonus: experience with games, toys, or activity kits (e.g. PlayShifu-type products)
