We are looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented professional who will be instrumental in improving customer experience and growing our business. The person will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience in Amazon Now. They will be responsible to improve the customer shopping experience through driving projects on catalog enhancement, ensuring we display meaningful and correct information to customers, improving search performance. The tasks handled by this person will have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure product listing is accurate for new and existing products
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of products; improve processes and reduce discrepancies
Collaborate with vendors to set up and follow efficient processes and SOPs
Proactively identify issues and opportunities in catalog/CX of listed products and respond accordingly ( and engaging cross functional teams where necessary)
Publish quality report and metrics
A day in the life
Understand the guidelines and guardrails for listing a products in Amazon Now and ensure they are met at all time. Dive deep and understand different systems and processes that impact customer buying decision. Identify root causes for product details defects, work with category SMEs WW and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and and identify opportunities for Automation. Analyze data and highlights gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SQL
- 1+ years of work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Knowledge of general AI tools
