Casino Manager

Due to exponential growth, we are urgently searching for an experienced Casino Manager to join a growing platform. The Casino Manager will own the day-to-day running of the casino product across multiple brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry casino product specialist with team lead experience to have a direct effect on the Casino product!
The role is office-based with hybrid flexibility, based in the Central iGaming district of Malta, offering a salary of€55-60K + an excellent KPI-driven bonus (see below).

Role & Responsibilities

• Own the game release roadmap and keep launches on track, compliant and on time

• Act as the main point of contact for game providers and aggregators, from onboarding to issue resolution

• Manage lobby and site positioning based on performance data and player behaviour

• Review daily performance (revenue, active players, margin, bonus costs) and turn insight into commercial decisions

• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, BI and Finance to align releases and campaigns

• Lead and mentor a team of Casino Coordinators

Education, Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ experience incasino or games operations within iGaming

• Hands-on experience withgame release tools, provider back offices and aggregator platforms

• Solid understanding of game certification

• Comfortable withBI and reporting tools(e.g. Tableau) and AI/data tools

• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder-management skills

• People-management or Team Lead experience

• A self-starter, happy to behands-onacross both strategy and execution

• Fluent communication skills inEnglish, both written and spoken

• Experience with multi-brand, multi-market setups would be advantageous

• Previous experience of working within a start-up environment is meriting

• Experience of creating and documenting processes and procedures

• Experience of negotiating commercial terms and/or managing relationships with providers
