💰 $25 - $26/hour
🕒 Full-time (35 hrs/week)

What you’ll do:
• Assess clients & develop service plans
• Connect to housing, healthcare & community resources
• Provide ongoing support, advocacy & documentation
What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s
✔ Experience with SPMI or vulnerable populations
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills
