Job Overview

Landscape East & West is seeking a skilled and dependable exterior carpenter to join our landscape construction team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate the installation of exterior carpentry projects (fences, gates, pergolas, attached & detached structures, trellises, decks, planters boxes).
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand specifications and layout.
• Assemble structural components including framing, railings, stairs, and decking surfaces.
• Follow all company safety procedures, support crew compliance with standards.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Complete equipment & vehicle inspections.
• Perform other landscape construction duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of exterior carpentry experience.
• Possess a valid, insurable driver's license
• Willingness to learn, follow direction, and work collaboratively.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Technical training in carpentry is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 90 lbs repeatedly throughout work day.
• Able to navigate through clients property on uneven/rough terrain.
• Able to drive company vehicle with trailer.
