CarePath Injury Centers is hiring aLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for ourRidley Park, PA clinic. This is afull-time, W2 position withguaranteed hours, aconsistent weekday schedule, and asign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Overview

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering frommotor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients. 

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $25–$38 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
  
• Assist in daily office operations including scheduling patients in the EHR, handling paperwork, phone calls, etc.

Qualifications

• ActivePennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred
