Location: 65 -67 Lê Hiến Mai Street, Cát Lái Ward, Hồ Chí Minh City

Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Duration:3 – 6 months

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers (AM), Sales Supporters (SSE), and the Sales Operations team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of sales workflows.

You will combine administrative excellence with operational process optimization—handling customer requests, managing vital sales documents and bidding procedures, coordinating with domestic/overseas vendors, and contributing fresh ideas to streamline our Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration & Presales Coordination

  • Coordinate and track presales requests from Account Managers (AM) and Sales Supporters (SSE) for daily/weekly progress status report for Presales team to work on, from solution scoping through estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.

  • Assist to enter and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer, contact and opportunity records within CRM system (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce).

  • Involve in the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting the preparation and administration of proposals, quotations, contracts and other sales-related documentation, and tracking execution progress.

  • Store and organise all relevant sales documents and contracts across physical storage and digital repositories.

  • Assist in responding to customer and internal ad hoc requests in a timely manner.

2. Sales Operations

  • Track renewal pipelines, customer follow-ups, and contract execution progress to ensure completion within agreed timelines

  • Participate directly in customer communications to support annual maintenance/ subscription renewal activities.

  • Coordinate with customers, internal stakeholders and multiple vendors/suppliers to address any queries or issues incurred and ensure timely completion of renewal processes.

  • Support customer care activities relating to software licenses, subscription records, license keys, and entitlement management.

  • Analyze the ongoing processes, identify improvement/automation opportunities and contribute new ideas to the development of Sales SOPs and operational best practices.

  • Support market research, customer analysis, and sales event planning & execution with Marketing team.

What You’ll Need

  • Undergraduate or fresher majoring in Business Administration, Operations, Economics or related fields, with a strong desire to master B2B sales operations.

  • Good command in English (spoken and written), capable of communicating professionally with corporate clients and international vendors (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 93 / TOEIC 800 or equivalent).

  • Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel). Familiarity with PowerPoint or Canvas is a plus..

+ Basic reporting and data analysis skills using Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts)

+ Comfortable learning new business and collaboration tools, and working with commercial documents.
