Webmaster Intern

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivatedWebmaster Intern with a background in either design or programming to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior team members, an external agency, and the marketing team to maintain and improve our digital presence.

Working location: TRG Office, 65-67 Le Hien Mai, Cat Lai Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Please note: This is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

   • Update and manage content on WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

   • Perform minor development tasks, including form edits and updates, plugin implementation, and basic coding (rarely required).

2. Website Maintenance:

   • Regularly monitor and maintain website performance, uptime, and speed.

   • Ensure websites are secure by managing updates, plugins, backups, and security measures.

3. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the senior webmaster, external agencies, and the marketing team to align website updates with marketing campaigns and goals.

   • Support the implementation of SEO strategies and analytics tracking as guided by the marketing team.

4. Troubleshooting:

   • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.

   • Test and debug new website features or updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Background indesign (UI/UX, graphic design) orprogramming (web development, coding).

• Familiarity withWordPress, including themes, plugins, and basic customization.

• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of website security best practices and performance optimization.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with adjacent platforms or tools such as Elementor and CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
