• Welcoming our guests with awarm smile upon their arrival at the hotel,creating an unforgettable first impression.

• Becoming a master in the art ofcheck-in and check-out.

• Respondingcourteously and efficiently to phone calls and guest requests.

• Becoming awalking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors.

• Juggling reservations andguests' special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.

• Working closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment.

🔍What are we looking for ?

• Youeffortlessly switch between English and French to communicate with our diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Dutch or any other language is advantageous!

• You're astudent in hospitality or a related field, but what truly counts isyour vibrant personality:customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.

• You havean internship agreement starting from July 2026 or August 2026, ideallyfor a period of six months.

•Work Schedule and Professional Environment: The shifts include working hours from 7 AM to 3 PM as well as from 3 PM to 11 PM. You may be required to work weekends and occasionally night shifts (subject to agreement with your school).
