📋 Your role as a People Business Partner

As aPeople Business Partner for one or two tribes, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution.

You will report to thePBP Team Lead and join a team of four People Business Partners supporting the organization.

This role sits at the intersection ofpeople strategy and business impact. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, and support high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.

At Shine, we are evolving People Business Partnering toward a morestrategic, data-driven and business-focused model. In this context, you will help shape better ways of working and bring structure, clarity and impact to the teams you support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with leaders across one or two on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health

• Supportorganizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions

• Drive key people topics such asengagement, performance, feedback, and career development

• Contribute to the rollout and application of frameworks related tocareer leveling, compensation, and pay equity

• UseKPIs and people data to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance over time

• Help leaders navigate ambiguity, solve people challenges, and build resilient, high-performing teams

• Collaborate closely withCenters of Excellence andPeople Operations to ensure consistent and effective execution of people practices

📍 Job located in Paris, with possibility of two remote working days per week

✈️ Regular travel (aroundonce per month) may be required.

🔎 About you

• Please submit application in english

• You have around5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role, within 300+ organisation

• Experience in an international organisation

• You have strong experience partnering closely withmanagers and senior leaders

• You bring solidbusiness acumen and understand how people decisions support business performance

• You are comfortable usingdata, KPIs and insights to guide decisions and challenge constructively

• You can explain complex topics in aclear, structured and pragmatic way

• You are effective infast-moving, ambiguous environments and can bring calm and clarity when things change

• You have experience supportingorganizational transformation, restructuring, or M&A transitions; this is a strong plus

• You are fluent inEnglish and French

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech scale up

• You are curious about howAI, data and technology are reshaping organizations, leadership and people practices
