This is what you see yourself doing?

As aTalent Acquisition Partner you contribute to the growth of Protime. You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team, working in tandem with your fellow Talent Acquisition Partner, as part of our broader People & Culture department, which is primarily Belgium-based. You’ll help attract, hire, and successfully onboard new colleagues, ensuring they feel welcome and set up for success from day one.

How are you going to do that?

• You take care of theentire recruitment process from A to Z (intakes with team leaders, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, following up on feedback, salary proposals, creating contracts, etc.).

• You take ownership of adiverse portfolio of vacancies across the business, including Operations, Shared Services, Technology, ...

• You have a say in how weattract talent. We asked you at the beginning of this text if you would like to write this job ad yourself, but it could also be a video, a social media campaign, or something completely different.No idea is too crazy!

• You haveone of the most important roles in our organization, because every hire helps shape who we are and who we become. We believe inValues Based Recruitment, looking beyond skills and experience to find people whose values resonate with ours and who bring their own unique perspectives, with mutual long-term success in mind. Not an easy task, but definitely a fun one!

• You take aholistic and strategic approach on talent acquisition, puttingthe right people in the right place within ourinternational organization. We have colleagues working in different local offices (Mechelen, Namen, Lommel, Rotterdam, Paris, Malaga, Barcelona, …) as well as in Hubs outside of Europe (Mauritius).

• Youwill work closely with the other Talent Acquisition Partner and People Business Partners, who will guide you on your way. In addition, you’ll build a strong internal network and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and other stakeholders, helping them attract and select the right talent.

• You collaborate closelywith internal and external partners, such as our parent company SD Worx, assessment centers, etc.

• You contribute to cross-functional HR projects, helping to enhance the candidate journey and strengthen our employer brand.

This is you?

• You are fluent inEnglish andSpanish, enabling you to communicate effectively across our international teams. Knowledge ofDutchorFrench is a plus, but not a must.

• You have experience in in-house talent acquisition, preferably within a software or SaaS environment.

• You are a strongrelationship builder who combines aproactive mindset with excellentcommunication skills. You takeownership, handle confidential information withdiscretion, navigate stakeholders with confidence, and create meaningful candidate experiences through apeople-centric approach.

• You have agrowth mindset, areresults-oriented, and know how to turn opportunities into successful hires.

• Initiative is not only appreciated, but also expected. You take initiative, challenge the status quo, andcontinuously look for ways to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
