Client Development Manager

Role Overview

The Client Development Manager plays a key role in the success of Savills' strategic Client Programme, helping to drive growth across some of the firm's most important UK and EMEA relationships.

Working closely with Client Advocates, senior stakeholders and specialists across the business, you will support the development and delivery of strategic client plans, identify commercial opportunities and help strengthen engagement with key clients. The role offers unique exposure to senior leaders, major accounts and a diverse network of colleagues and specialists across the firm.

Using client insight, market intelligence and relationship data, you will help shape account strategies, support pipeline development and ensure opportunities are progressed effectively. Acting as a central coordinator across multiple teams, you will drive collaboration, maintain momentum and contribute to measurable business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Client Development, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
