You will have the opportunity to advise and represent a sophisticated client base of corporations, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals incomplex tax disputes, ranging from tax audits to proceedings before Quebec and federal courts.

Desired Profile

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;

• 5 to 7 years of experience in tax litigation;

• Master's degree in Taxation or equivalent training considered a significant asset;

• Strong knowledge of proceedings before Quebec courts and the Tax Court of Canada;

• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills;

• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to work autonomously;

• Excellent command of both French and English.
