Our client,a major player in the Canadian banking industry, is seeking an Investigations and Dispute ResolutionManagerto lead a team of professionals responsible for assessing complex situations, objectively analyzing facts, and contributing to fair, well-founded resolutions.

In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure the quality of your team's work, foster talent development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's practices and processes.

Do you have the profile we're looking for?

Significant experience in investigations, complex case analysis, risk management, compliance, or dispute resolution.

Strong knowledge of banking and investment products and services, as well as the practices, regulatory frameworks, and challenges of the financial services industry.

Experience managing teams of professionals,strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and decision-making skills.

A legal background is considered a strong asset.
