Our client, aprestigious law firm recognized for the excellence of its practice and the quality of its clientele, is seeking alawyer with approximately three years of experience to join its Labour and Employment Group.

This opportunity is intended for a legal professional whohas already developed strong foundations in labour and employment law, particularly in labour relations, within a demanding and rigorous environment, and who islooking to continue growing under the guidance of respected partners in the field.

You willplay a key role in file preparation and participate actively in all stages of client mandates, including:

• Legal research and analysis;

• Drafting legal opinions, pleadings, and various strategic documents;

• Preparing litigation files;

• Supporting partners in the management of complex matters;

• Participating in client meetings;

• Appearing before administrative tribunals and courts, depending on your experience and interests.

You will work with asophisticated client base and have the opportunity to further develop your skills in an environment where quality of work, professionalism, and legal excellence are the true standards of practice.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a lawyer who is a member in good standing of the Québec Bar and who:

• Has approximately three years of relevant experience;

• Is autonomous, resourceful, and possesses sound judgment;

• Is recognized for the quality of their legal analysis and drafting skills;

• Is eager to learn from experienced practitioners.
