YOUR ROLE:

As a Legal Assistant in real estate, you will make a valuable contribution to the team in all its activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and tracking signatures on legal documents;

• Participating in the drafting and formatting of letters, communications, and certain leasing documents;

• Acting as a resource person for tenants;

• Approving lease transactions in the internal system;

• Drafting various communications and documents;

• Creating a database of legal document templates and participating in the optimization of internal processes.

   

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• DVS in secretarial studies with a specialization in law or equivalent training;

• Experience in real estate is an asset;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Professionalism and team spirit;

• Good organizational and priority management skills.
