Legal Assistant for 2 Partners | Commercial Litigation

YOUR ROLE:

As a Commercial Litigation Legal assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the usual litigation legal proceedings;

• Open and follow up on client files (vouchers, correspondences);

• Manage the lawyer’s agenda and schedule various meetings (hearings, court sessions);

• Write, modify and revise legal documents and correspondence;

• Communicate, by email or telephone, with various stakeholders (clients, lawyers, witnesses, bailiffs).

   

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Litigation Legal Assistant experience;

• Good command of French and English (read, spoken, written);

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;

• Strong organizational skills and priority management;

• Meticulousness and attention to detail.
