Our client, a boutique law firm handlinghigh-profile construction litigation matters and advisinginstitutional clients on infrastructure projects, is currently seeking a seasoned lawyer with a minimum of five years’ experience inconstruction litigation,or in civil and commercial litigation, to join its talented and dynamic team. Experienceadvising on infrastructure projects, whether in-house or in private practice, will be considered a significant asset.

YOUR ROLE:

• Advise institutional clients on infrastructure projects;
• Draft legal opinions and complex pleadings, particularly in construction litigation matters;
• Appear before the courts;
• Work on files spanning various areas of civil and commercial litigation, including class actions as plaintiff.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Member in good standing of the Québec Bar;
• Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience in an established law firm;
• Experience in construction litigation, a significant asset;
• Experience in infrastructure projects, a significant asset;
• Strong ability to work independently;
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Leadership skills and strong priority-management abilities.
