Our client — a well‑established firm/company located in downtown Montreal — is seeking aLitigation Lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience, who is motivated, autonomous, and passionate about tackling legal challenges.

YOUR ROLE:

In this key position, you will be responsible for:

• Representing clients before courts and administrative bodies;

• Drafting pleadings, legal research, opinions, and litigation strategies;

• Negotiating settlements and contributing to dispute resolution processes;

• Managing files efficiently and ensuring rigorous follow‑up;

• Collaborating with a seasoned team offering mentorship, support, and professional growth.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Member of theQuebec Bar;

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil, commercial litigation, or a related field;

• Strong litigation and communication skills;

• Rigor, autonomy, strategic thinking, and professional judgment;

• Ability to handle multiple files in a fast‑paced environment;

• Strong desire to develop your practice and grow in a stimulating setting.
