Our client, awell‑established and reputable firm, is seeking to expand and strengthen its business law practice in the Eastern Townships. As part of this strategic growth, the firm is looking for aself‑sufficient Business Law Associate to join its Sherbrooke office.

⚖️ Your Role

You will enjoy adiverse and stimulating business law practice, with genuine autonomy in managing your files, while benefiting from the support of a committed team.Your practice will include, among other things:

• Corporate and commercial law;
• Corporate reorganizations;
• Transactions and acquisitions;
• Drafting and negotiating commercial and service agreements;
• Distribution agreements and complex transactional matters.

You will work closely with other on‑site professionals (lawyers and notaries) and contribute actively to the success and visibility of the firm in the region.

✅ Profile Sought

• Member in good standing of theBarreau du Québec;
• Relevant experience inbusiness law;
• Strong sense of autonomy, rigor, and priority management;
• Interest in developing a client base over time (not required upon joining);
• Interest in or openness totax matters, an asset.
